Policy
Each piece is hand-made, using the best quality
materials. We
make every effort to ensure that the colors on the
photographs closely reflect the actual pieces. There will
always be slight differences, due to the inherent nature of
the stones and hand painted items no two pieces are exactly
alike, each has a personality of its own so slight
variations in size and coloring will occur.
We only ask that you keep these things in mind when
ordering
Within the U.S.
shipping is Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation. All
shipments within the state of California will be assessed
8.25 % sales tax.
There
is a flat rate of $20.00 for all shipments to Canada and
$25.00 to all other International Countries. Orders
will be shipped USPS Priority, 6 to 10 days delivery.
Free International Shipping for orders over $600.00.
You will receive an
e-mail when your payment is received and when your order has
been shipped. In-stock
items will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
We will notify you if an item has been back-ordered,
and will also notify you of a new ship date.

Care
& Repair
Sterling Silver and Gold Fill: Polish with a high
quality micro-fiber cloth.
However, if your chain is dirty, rinse in warm water
and mild detergent, rinse thoroughly with clean water and
pat dry.
Pearls and Crystals:
Polish with a high quality micro-fiber cloth to heighten
your jewelry's luster and brilliance.
Stones and Mother of
Pearl: Gently polish with damp cloth and dry with a clean
cotton cloth.
Coral: Gently polish
with damp cloth and dry with a clean cotton cloth. You may
use a professional cleaner, if it is coral friendly.
Suede: Using a bath
towel gently rub to restore nap, if there is a stain, rub
gently with a nail file
Brass: Gently buff
with a soft cloth.
Repair service is
provided. Contact us if you need to restring, rewire or have
materials replaced. Repair charges will be based on the
extent of damage and the cost of the materials.
Your
jewelry may be damaged by direct contact with hairspray,
perfume, deodorant or detergents. Always add jewelry last
when dressing and store it separately in a soft pouch to
avoid scratches and breaks.

Domestic: Shipping and handling charges for orders
in the U.S. are determined by the merchandise dollar amount
of your order.
